Most items are made to order. In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days; made-to-order and personalized items take 7–10 business days before they ship. Custom quotes include their own timeline.
Shipping
We ship within the United States from Albany, GA. Rates are calculated at checkout. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Local pickup is free; we’ll email you when your order is ready.
Returns
- Personalized and custom items are made just for you, so they can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or we made a mistake.
- Shop items can be returned unused within 14 days. Contact us first; the buyer pays return shipping.
- Damaged or wrong? Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace or refund it.
