What materials do you print with?
Mostly PLA and PETG, with TPU for flexible parts. We also have the capability to print with engineering grade filaments (i.e. ASA/ABS, nylon and carbon fiber impregnated filaments). Not sure what you need? Tell us how the part will be used and we’ll recommend one.
What can you laser engrave?
Wood, leather, slate, cork, cardboard, acrylic and coated or anodized metal. We can cut thin wood and acrylic. We don’t laser PVC or vinyl; they release toxic fumes.
Can I send you my own item to engrave?
Often, yes. Use the custom order form and tell us what the item is made of.
Will I see a proof before you make my personalized item?
Absolutely! We want to make sure that you get what you expect. Something you can be proud of.
Can you print a file I found online?
Yes, as long as its license allows it. We can’t print designs whose license forbids commercial printing.
